Title: Supply Chain & Inventory Lead

Location: Saint Paul, MN

Type: Direct Hire:

Salary: $75k-$90k + performance Bonus

Overview: We're seeking a strategic and hands-on leader to manage supply chain operations, including procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor relations. This role ensures timely material availability, cost-effective sourcing, and efficient warehouse operations across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee planning, purchasing, inventory control, and logistics
• Maintain optimal stock levels and accurate inventory records
• Coordinate with internal teams to meet project timelines
• Manage supplier relationships and negotiate pricing
• Lead a lean team handling receiving, kitting, and shipping
• Analyze supply/demand trends and adjust forecasts
• Ensure compliance with inventory and warehouse procedures

Qualifications:

• 5+ years in supply chain or materials management
• Experience with multi-site logistics and industrial components
• Strong communication, planning, and analytical skills
• Proficient in inventory systems and Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel
